TERMS OF USE
General users are individuals or organizations who access the website to view information and/or are granted a basic account to access some limited features without signing a copyright entrustment agreement with the Association.

- Effectiveness and Changes to Terms:
These Terms become effective after being notified through the Service. The website system may change the Terms without prior notice if there are significant changes, and these changes will be announced through the Service.
- Other Regulations:
Matters not stipulated in these Terms will be governed by relevant laws and regulations such as the Framework Law on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Law, the Law on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- Definitions of Terms:
- ID: Is a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user and approved by the Association's website system to identify the user and use the service.
- Password: Is a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user to verify identity and protect the user's security.
- Temporary Suspension of Use: Is when the website system restricts a user from using the service.
- Termination: The website system or the user terminates the service contract (if any) after using the service.
- Protection of Personal Information:
If a user provides personal information (e.g., to create an account on the homepage), the website system will protect and respect that information. The system must not disclose or distribute collected personal information to a third party without the user's consent, unless necessary for specific purposes such as payment, statistics, academic research (in anonymized form), or as requested by a competent authority in accordance with the law.
- Obligations of the Website System:
The website system will continuously strive to provide stable services, promptly repair or restore equipment when issues arise, and address users' legitimate opinions or complaints. The system also commits to complying with privacy protection regulations.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts related to the use of the service:

- Copying information obtained through the service for purposes other than personal use, or using it for publication, broadcasting, or providing to a third party without prior approval.

- Service Availability:
The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are technical issues, periodic maintenance, natural disasters, emergencies, or other force majeure events.
- Disclaimer:
The website system is not responsible for service interruptions due to natural disasters, telecommunication provider failures, user errors, or loss of anticipated profits. The system is also not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or content of information posted by users.
- Jurisdiction:
In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the Association's website system's headquarters will have exclusive jurisdiction.
